Purpose of the app
Manifest Daily is an entertainment and personal-focus experience that combines word puzzles, intentions, affirmations, progress tracking, and optional Action Steps. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, investment, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any personal, financial, health, relationship, or other outcome.
Subscriptions and purchases
Eligible subscriptions and in-app purchases are offered through Google Play and are subject to the price, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing terms displayed by Google Play at the time of purchase. Premium access may remove ads or unlock additional features as described in the app.
Virtual rewards
XP, levels, streaks, achievements, unlocks, and other in-app rewards have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for money outside the app.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, exploit purchases or rewards, reverse engineer protected portions except where law expressly permits it, or use Manifest Daily to violate applicable law.
Intellectual property
Manifest Daily, its branding, original graphics, game content, interface, audio, and related materials are owned by or licensed to GiftedDigital and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Availability and updates
Features may be changed, added, removed, or updated over time. GiftedDigital may suspend or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Manifest Daily is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or specific results. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
